Managing Director
Scott has been working as mortgage broker since 2004 and brings over 35 years of industry experience to Bluebell. His wealth of knowledge and commitment to delivering the best possible results ensure his clients are supported from start to finish.
On top of his knowledge and experience, Scott brings energy, enthusiasm and assurance to each one of his clients – whether they’re looking to buy their first home, or their tenth.
In addition to his many years of experience, Scott holds a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and is a well-recognised home loan franchise owner in the Canberra region. Scott says that “after all these years in the business, it’s still exciting to provide my clients with all the services and support I can offer. It’s not just about finding the right mortgage, it’s also about ensuring that it keeps working for them as time goes by. That’s what makes the difference”.

Gary Rock
Mortgage Broker
When it comes to financial decisions, Gary believes that knowledge is power — and that it’s his role as a broker to help customers gain that knowledge. With over 16 years’ experience in the mortgage industry, he offers clients his know-how on how the business works and the best products in the market, so they can make an informed decision.
“I consider what I do to be an information-based business. It is all about giving the client the information so they have the power to make the right choice for their individual situation.” As a Nectar broker, Gary has access to more than 50 lenders across Australia and can help you complete all of the required documentation, including a First Home Owner Grant application if it’s available to you.
Gary gains satisfaction from setting his clients along the road to realising their dreams, by helping them find and secure the right loan.

Carine Yong
Mortgage Broker
A Mortgage Broker with over 10 years of experience in retail banking, Carine began her career in Singapore’s highly regulated financial sector before continuing in Australia with Westpac in Canberra.
Her experience spans everyday banking, investments, and financial planning, giving her a strong foundation in personal finance and a deep understanding of the importance of structuring finances effectively for major decisions such as purchasing a home. She has also worked as an Account Manager supporting banks, where she built strong relationships and strategic partnerships with financial institutions.
Today, Carine supports first home buyers, owner-occupiers, and investors in navigating the home loan process with clarity and confidence. Fluent in Mandarin as her second language, she is known for her good communication and dedication to building long-term relationships, supporting clients at every stage of their property journey.
Lisa Henson
Personal Assistant
With a career in the Financial Services industry spanning more than 25 years, Bluebell Home Loans is grateful to have someone as knowledgeable as Lisa in our team as a personal assistant to our Mortgage Broker. With a strong understanding of the home buying process - as both a broker and administrator - her comprehensive knowledge and friendly nature will guide and inform our clients throughout the entire process of buying a home.
